Omah Lay is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer. He’s one of many younger stars of Afrobeats, the West African style that’s turn into a worldwide phenomenon. His new album Boy Alone includes a collaboration with Justin Bieber. However for this episode, Omah talked to me in regards to the tune “By no means Overlook.” Boy Alone was Omah’s late father’s nickname, and the tune “By no means Overlook” was impressed by him.
